The device works connected to the app on your phone. If you see connection failure with your network. Click on sign out from app and sign in again. That’s what I did and worked.

I can’t connect to the device, it’s flashing blue, held several times and still nothing

I’m pretty sure the weight scale on my device is a little off but that doesn’t really affect me.

app is great other than only 1 person being allowed to connect at a time

The app expects a phone number to login or retrieve a forgotten password, but there is no hint as to what format the phone number should be. I tried every combination I can think of but it just returns ‘format is incorrect’ and that’s it. Printing that error and not displaying the expected format is pure ignorance.

Got my litter box about 3 weeks ago now. Works great and I have no complaints about the function of the app doing what it says it will. However it is nothing special. It didn't even list my cat breed and there is no option to change to a 12 hour format for time display for those of us in the USA. Reading other reviews, I am very nervous what to do if the litter box malfunctions as it seems there are communication issues with the seller.

Can’t register.. Error messages are useless and don’t say what’s wrong. Can’t paste passwords. Will probably return product now. This app looks like it was written by a 2 year old.

Generally works well however please code the program to reset the timer if a cat enters the litter box during the timing cycle. Also please give the option of 12hour AM/PM. Thanks!

It works sometimes. When it doesn’t it gets stuck upside down then it’s unusable. Not worth it if the cats can’t get in to use it.
