Airbase: Procure, Pay, Close

Latest version of the app will not load on iPhone 14pro with iOS 17.5.1. Restarted phone and get brief black screen at start but then it closes.

i’ve only been able to log in once this year and twice last year. why does it bug out so much that i can’t even log in without an error

Why does it feel like every other time I open this app I am required to download an update in order to use it? I am an iOS engineer, and this is poor development practice and a bad experience for users. There should not be this many breaking changes that require users to go out of their way to update the app in order to accomplish a simple task.

The app is just blank. Doesn’t work

The app has come a long way, as has the overall product. It is simple and effective for my day to day

App consistently has bugged features. Buttons do not work, receipt photos are not saved, and actions have to be repeated multiple times to go through. Only use it if your company mandates it.

Please add virtual card support.

The primary use case for this app would be to upload receipts for reimbursement. Unfortunately, the app has made it impossible. Whenever I try to upload a receipt from a saved photo, it shows me old photos out of chronological order, even is my receipt was my most recent saved photo. I have to use the web platform if I want to do anything.

This app sporadically fails at different steps.
