Airbike Bicycle Sharing

The second I added my credit card and bought a month subscription the app died. I restarted my phone. App would open then die. Reinstalled the app. Opened it. Logged in. App died. I shall be lodging a claim with my bank for fraudulent Air Bike

Doesn’t let you sign in or make an account tried multiple times still hadn’t worked disgrace of an app extremely disappointed

I added money to my air bike wallet as it asked me to do. Then I couldn’t even rent the bike because of “payment error” there is no way to get money back to your card after putting it on

Every time I open the app it crashes. Extremely horrible

Got their coupon from an expo yesterday. I tried it, the speed was fast enough for me to ride without feeling tired, the seat was comfortable. The app was easy to use. I feel like they have a lot of bikes around the city.

2 people on 2 devices couldn’t create a login, couldn’t get assistance. Wasted an hour trying to access app so I could use a bike. Ended up having to walk. Extremely annoying. Don’t bother wasting your time.

I avoid using Airbike now. App rarely works properly. Unable to end rides, broken bikes

Never received sign up email, had to use google sign in to make an account. App swallowed $10 as you have to pre fill your wallet rather than pay-as-you-go and then could not hire a bike as the app kept having an error. Do not use this service.

There’s no way to delete a payment method, neither the account, it just……sucks!
