Transferred money through the AirCash service via a QR code to a mobile operator. The mobile operator has not seen money received. AirCash support said that they couldn’t help because they see in the system that the money has gone. Why can’t they figure it out and check whether the money has actually gone and not look at what the system shows them? They also said that the only thing they could do was provide official confirmation that the money had been transferred and move my application to another department, but no one contacted me.

Downloaded this app to top up my ENC in Croatia. After downloading I’ve transferred 1000 kuna from my bank card to Aircash account. This went smoothly. After that my Aircash account was immediately blocked saying that I need to verify it through my ID. Internal scanner could not see my ID. Had to send it over email to customer support. It took them several days to verify my account. Went back to Aircash to transfer the money into ENC. And... “Transaction can not be processed. Contact customer service”. Seems like I’ve lost a lot of time and 1000 kn there. Please stay away from it.

Tried to avoid having to use Croatian mobile card in order to pay for parking. I live in London and I am used to pay for privilege to park. This app, advertised on all parking locations in Pula seemed promising. But...It took forever to download, it took every possible detail about myself (they wanted my voice and photo of ID!) and after I moved 20Kn to the account, app simply WOULD NOT RECOGNIZE QR CODES on Pula parking meters. And that is multiple ones. No app updates in store, checked everything else. Simply does not work. I gave up on this app and wanted to return money where asked to fully provide personal details (inc eye scan, voice and photo ID- NO THANKS!). There is a gift to the app of 20Kn from me and hope you read this To sum it up: appaling that this app is allowed, Pula should sort itself out about parking payments, I never consented for data sharing but had to e-mail organization to stop. DONT USE THIS APP...get your coins out!

Absolute nonsense of an app an service! I deposited money to the account and cannot withdraw or send it - I keep receiving error message and to call customer service which only works from 9-17h so if you find yourself in an emergency - don’t count on Aircash! Also I cannot seem to do anything with my deposit even after receiving a message that my account has been verified and have “full access to Aircash services”! Well I think not!
