Not good
I first saw AirClass on an Instagram ad, it was advertising Tutors and I was interested in a tutor for my children. I did some free trials for my son, with a coding teacher. He didn’t like the first tour so I asked the coordinator for another trial with another tutor which she agreed with. Before I had the trial with the second tutor they asked me to pay in advance for my sons coding lessons, which I did. Unfortunately, the other coding teacher wasn’t good either. I then decided that I wouldn’t do the coding tutoring again as my son was busy in school and didn’t have time for more trials. I asked for a refund and nobody responded. I was left on read 3 times and the one response I got said ‘Sorry I was in a class’. I called them a few times and no one answered. They then sent me the number of another coordinator who didn’t respond, they then changed the coordinator again and she too didn’t respond. They had changed the coordinator 3 times and not one of them could give me a refund. To this day I never received a refund from AirClass.
