Disappointing Experience with Unreliable Booking and Lack of Accountability
I recently had an experience with Aircourts that has led me to seriously reconsider using their service in the future. Unfortunately, the club I had booked cancelled my reservation at the last minute, without any prior indication or warning. This left me in a very challenging situation, scrambling to find an alternative. What's even more concerning is the lack of accountability for Clubs who behave this way. I attempted to leave a review to share my experience and warn other potential players, only to discover that Aircourts does not allow to rate hosts if the reservation was cancelled by the Club. This policy seems to protect Clubs who may not uphold their commitments, while leaving players like myself without a platform to voice our experiences. I believe this is an area where Aircourts needs to reconsider its policies. A system that holds Clubs accountable for their actions will not only protect players, but also contribute to the credibility and integrity of the platform as a whole. At this point, I can only give Aircourts a 2-star rating and I hope to see improvements in their handling of such issues in the future.
