I have to use this product every day for work. The app is frequently buggy, making it impossible to reserve spots. When you park without reserving, you get charged with a $15 fee. This happens a handful of times a month. Additionally, the app will not accept my transit credit card. Attempts to follow up with support led to circular conversations about why I needed to pay with a specific credit card. It was not fruitful. I do not suggest this service to anyone.

Used Air Garage for the first time this evening. Downloading the app was easy, all the responses to the prompts were intuitive. Assuming the bill appears correctly on my statement I am pleased with how it all went so far.

I like this app but I got a ticket because I wasn’t able to add a new license plate. The button stayed gray no matter what I did!

I’ve had to use this app at my gym for a couple years. Worked well. But FL made me change my plate and I can’t edit the plate nor add a new vehicle in the app. I get to the edit or add screen, enter the info, and it won’t save.

This app relies on a revenue stream based on people who forget to “end” their parking session. This requires the user to request a refund, which for me was a partial refund; not the full refund I requested. Speculation is that the app is owned by the second largest commercial realty developer/manager in the country, and used exclusively at their properties. Because the app requires YOU to end a parking session, the company may have created a unique way to stick it to the consumer.

Just park somewhere else, trust me. I was able to force them to refund me once by quoting their own policy. Then they just created a random parking rental for me out of thin air and it went in for days. It’s still going! Messaging customer service just gets you the runaround. As multiple people have reported, this app erroneously charges you for random parking that you were nowhere near. I’m on day two of a parking charge for a parking space I paid for and was billed for two days ago. The timer is still going. I sent them screenshots, time stamps, etc. they just stonewall you or pretend they don’t understand. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD. It’s a never ending nightmare

Found a nice garage in downtown Santa Monica for really good price (cheaper than Spothero too). App is so easy to use!

This app is efficient and easy to use! Love it

$15 fee for $25 parking, which isn’t made clear until inputting your tag, phone number, and credit card. Perhaps the founders dropped out of state school before taking any courses on ethics.
