Unreliable and disappointing.
Plans are cheaper than most other provider which is what attracted me to give a try with Airhub. But the service is unreliable and require you to constantly get in touch with support to make it work. I used Airhub in Brazil, UK and Canada and the experience was quite negative. In short, in all 3 countries, it required me to contact the support to help me have a connection. Every time the support agent was able to help but the fix would work for a short while before failing again. Airhub is mostly blaming local network providers but my experience is showing me that while I could not use my Airhub eSIM’s normally, colleagues using eSIM from different providers had flawless connections on the same local network. I have now scrapped my Airhub eSIM (1/2 way in the data plan) in Canada and installed a new one from a different provider that works as advertised. I’ve been using eSIM’s for quite a while now and never needed support before trying Airhub. eSIM technology is simple to use and should not require support you install one. I have Airhub 3 chances and failed every time..strike 3 you’re out!
App doesn’t work on Aruba
Too bad the app doesn’t work here… So I can’t see the details of my data usage..
Works only in heavily populated areas!
Dataplans are really cheap. Works well in heavily populated areas, but … don’t set networkselection on automatic! For USA connect to Tmobile and for Canada to Rogers. Helpdesk is average. Sometimes you get a quick response, other times not at all. I bought a 15G dataplan for Alaska and Yukon Canada but could not get any internetconnection! So not in either Anchorage, Fairbanks, Whitehorse and Skagway. Would be nice to have known that before the buy. $10 down the drain!
No services at all
I am not getting any services. I am not able to send a ticket as their ticket system does not work.
Trust reviews - don’t use
Would give 0 stars if possible. What a pain, spent 45 mins with support and their eSIM didn’t work on an iPhone. Requested refund, they refused. Have to dispute the credit card. Doesn’t integrate with Apple Pay, not a one click add of eSIM to phone. Use another service
Could Not Use
The app asks for a one time password which it sends but does not enable the return key. Just sits there. Poor design. iPhone 16 Pro
Installed but not service or refund
After 7 days of Airhub support repeating the same help solutions, still no data service and no refund.
Don’t
I know the low price is tempting, but this doesn’t work. Just don’t. I bought 30 days of service for Mexico and the US. It never worked in Mexico. Two weeks later, when I was back in the US, the sim stopped working. The app is terrible. I gave up trying to solve it because I didn’t want to waste time on this during my vacation. Do yourself a favour and don’t use them. Pay a little bit more elsewhere.
Can’t enter OTP code…
To set an account the code is being sent to your email, once you enter - it got stack in the same screen and there is no way to submit … iOS so, no go
