After i spent money buying some coins, when i purchased a plane the game crashed, money gone and no plane…, do not spend your time and money on this

Very nice Game, i like it, but i dont know What to do to get more license, to earn more money. I already have 2 airplanes-licences full, i cant play with them anymore. And another 2 airplanes with 1/2 license. In events i cant play, AC MONEY so hard to win, if u dont get real money into the Game, u cant evolve Fast Even u spent hours and hours.

I didn’t even get the chance to see the logo of the company who made the game, and i got an ad. Just opened the game, haven’t spent 2 seconds within the app, add. I understand the pricing models, and how to monetize a specific product in the digital industry, but i think this app tops everything off regarding its ad commitment. Sorry but one star
How do I log back in if I forgot my name and password?
In my old account I advanced a LOT. I lost it and I wanna get it back but I forgot everything. Is there a log in option somewhere? Please reply.
Charter fleet section bug!!!
On charter fleet section the game does not know thar the plane landed and enters in stall in crash. Three times in anrow happened!!!
