本人第一次使用已遇差勁經歷😡 由於搭晨早機要5am 出門，早一晚已預約，當時有專人致電confirm 時間地點，並說預約時間大概20分鐘前司機會來電並且提供車牌號碼，結果並沒收到call，唯有再次用此app 預約，這次那個所謂"專人"並沒打來，我主動打電話去時已關機！不知所謂！我可以點投訴？？

以前用Android 機都可以用呢個app,轉左新電話後android機就搵唔番呢個app，反而iOS仲可以download到

本身返機場，耐唔耐都會搭的士，頭幾次用都覺得幾好，有跟定價收錢。最近幾次，每一次都話係繁忙時間，咩時候 call 都係話繁忙時間無車，要收85折。早一日 call 的話，又叫你聽日先落 order。如果係做唔到個價錢，何必要寫出黎。85折的士APP多的是。我要搭的士當然係趕時間，試過過咗 15 分鐘先同我講無車，好彩無俾佢搞到遲到。佢d司機越黎越無禮貌，行李箱個門都唔會落車幫你開。

去到目的地直情收我正價，連85折都冇，咁我用app黎做咩？利申：crew

I reserve a discount taxi over a day to airport, when I go finally they call me and said no one accept my orders now because it busy time. I have to paid for or original price to get a order taxi. So what is this app for? What do i need reserve a taxi ?

The Ap works well but they do not charge the price quoted on the Ap page once your route and time are entered. Worked the first time,$170 for my trip. The next time same quote and the driver on drop off wanted $220 for a trip at the same time to the same destination. Expect to pay significantly more than the price quoted. Look for UBER if you want a guaranteed price range.
