Why do even have it on app store?

Forget password link is broken, investigative journalist can seek info via RTI on contract awarded for this app which might expose why these app are of low quality

log in nhi deta hai. bhot pareshan kr rha. meri complain le kr kha jau. wese he gadi bech kr ticket book kara tha ghumne ka. wo plane wale bhi koi jawab nhi de rhe or complain bhi nhi kr pa rha. na gadi rahi or na ab ghumne jane de rhe. bhot nuksan ho jayega yr.

This is useless waste of time. They also make it a point to announce this useless app in airlines. As usual govt experience.

Most frustrating experience. One just can’t even sign up easily. After mustering great perseverance if one does sign up logging in to register grievance seems impossible. Tried 12 times but continuous error is “can’t connect to server. Check internet..” though I am on 100+ mbps connection. This suits every stakeholder (except travellers). For airlines who do not have to be answerable and to the govt dept who do not have to track it.

I was able to lodge a grievance using this app, however the problem is you need to verify your email and phone number before raising any grievance, and there are OTP at every step. This is some painful thing, yet to see response from the redressal team.

Useless app. Does not work

What is the use where u can’t log in with mobile number? Always error.

This is the only msg given by the app LOL : The application was unable to securely communicate with the server. Please check your internet connectivity.
