Itz not working properly it wont rotate properly everytime getz stuck

The app is crudely developed. Lot of bugs. Difficult to view camera feed real-time even in strong network outside.

Poor little experience…app gets hanged maximum times

The app most of the time doesn’t load the live view of cameras. Outdoor cameras never load live screens. Sometimes i have to refer many times. If i change wifi password I have to reset camera which is not easy to reach at outdoor camera to reset via physical button

Many times it doesn’t open up

Airtel Sticky camera quality 👎👎 very very poor

How can a camera logout without doing Anything . Now I can only see one camera Other one is not opening. Dint expect from Airtel

You need to develop your app for better user interface

Video clarity is not good video lagging too much and audio also not good overall not satisfied with both cameras sticky and 360 cameras

Very active till sale. Lots of misinformation just to facilitate sale. Very pricey considering the efficiency of the product. Terrible customer service post sale to a very longstanding customer. Never seen a more pathetic service from top to bottom of a large conglomerate. Nobody cares. Totally disappointed.
