Hallo. Alles funktioniert tadellos. Habe die App auf dem Tablet installiert. Dann eingeloggt. Prima. Dann am Mobiltelefon immer noch der standortfehler. Habe die App gelöscht. Dann nochmals geladen. Und alles ist zur vollsten zufriedenheit. (23.08.2024 os ist up to date) Danke.

For an pure cloud accessible device which carries such an tremendous high price tag the quality and stability of the service has accordingly to improve very much! Quick! Currently neither software quality nor stability is sufficient. Frequent data loss and cloud access issues. Currently nothing to rely on. 😐

I'm not able to sync my 2950 radon/temp/humidity meter

Ich liebe die neue App, die Fokusfunktion ist super hilfreich. Ich arbeite viel von zu Hause aus und immer wenn ich Kopfschmerzen bekomme und mich unproduktiv fühle, überprüfe ich die Fokuspunkte, die ich in der App eingestellt habe und sehe sofort, dass meine Luftqualität schlecht ist. Ich denke, mehr Menschen sollten sich der Auswirkungen von etwas so Einfachem wie der Raumluft bewusst sein.

Initial setup, creating an account just hangs when selecting your region. Placing my device in a different country. Tried with a second account, same problem. Got two View Plus, one of them just stopped working with the API (error 400) and the web dashboard throws „an error has occurred“, blocking access to all devices. These devices are premium-priced and if they are made cloud-only, that cloud has to work reliably. If it does not, which can happen, I expect someone to immediately fix that. Support chat just gave me a copy & paste and never actually responded (it‘s 48 hours now). I am thinking about returning those devices that cost me 600 bucks and don’t work as I need them to for my home automation because Airthings don’t know how to do cloud.

Purchased September, and for months the screen has been stuck on a message saying batteries are low. That is despite using the batteries they supplied, buying all new ones, and plugging the device in directly. I have tried connecting and disconnecting the device on the app, changing display settings, and still nearly 5 months later the screen is fixed. It’s just a frustrating experience. We have several other devices in a different location from AirThings that work, albeit without a level of intuitiveness that I’d rate very low.

For radon detector, works as expected. Nicely programmed all in all. Suggestion: add an AM/PM option for time axis on graphs. 24 hour time is not as commonly used in US. Also, would show recommended detector install locations on first launch. I had to dig a little to find this info.

I have two products, and syncing data with devices takes longer than a minute. There are no automatic syncing nor wifi/cloud storage, so if you do not sync the data manually, the device will start deleting the old data.

I cannot get any history. Seems there is no connection to the cloud and thus no history to view. Have been trading emails with an Airthings expert who say everything is fine. But it’s not

App says it’s connected when it’s not. Sync is slow and very often fails. Strange battery readings.
