The app works well. The ads are sneaky - implying your phone is infected with a virus.

This is a pretty good light bulb cam and the app is pretty good too . There’s only a couple of things to improve so far .it would be good if on the alert page where it takes and stores mini clips of motion detection which you can scroll through …if you could make it so you didn’t have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list before you check the delete all button to delete them all ….because when there is a lot of them it only deletes a page at a time when you select all ….if you want to delete them all at once really …you have to scroll through them all to the bottom last one then click select all and delete …and it takes so long because it has to load each page as you scroll down ….coukd you fix this …. And also the reason I have so many alerts ….i put the motion sensitivity to lowest setting and it doesn’t have night mode on just normal camera because there is very very dim light outside and the camera is facing out a window to the driveway ….and every minuite most easpecially at night every minuite it sends an alert and then the next day I always have to delete such a long line of alerts of nothing ….theres not even anything moving In the video it takes …but the picture is really grainy and looks like the screen is jittering a bit and maybe it’s just this that makes it record alerts every minuite but it’s so annoying because then I have to delete all the alerts of nothing all night …and I even tried to change the hz from 50 to 60 and it did the same thing so I don’t know why the video is grainy and looks like it’s moving but please fix it . Other than those things the app is mainly good with some good features other apps don’t have but it’s a bit slow to load and buggy but the devs are good at getting onto it and fixing the things to fix so it was a good choice to pick this app and camera even though it was just for a not so important area .its not amazing but it is good ….oh and the fov (field of view ) angle of the camera is smaller than most better cameras but the picture quality is good …it would be good if you could make the angle of view bigger /wider too . I look forward to the improvements and new features …keep up the good work …thnx So in addition to this rating an cloud just did a camera and ate and it has made the video image all blurry and there is no sd or hd button . Please put the sd hd button back on and make the image clear and hd again .

It is the best app

The amount of frustration caused by using this app is ridiculous. 1. The video lags A LOT. I have to click “reconnect “ like a thousand times a day. Sometimes after clicking “reconnect” multiple times, it still does not connect at all, which renders this app useless. Sometimes when I hear my puppy crying in his room so I want to use the app to see what is wrong with him, I can’t do this because the app just keeps lagging or just won’t reconnect AT ALL. This is extremely frustrating. I initially thought it might be an issue with my mobile data or my home wifi, but when I used my mobile data or home wifi for other things like YouTube, Google or Facebook, it was completely fine, meaning it is defiantly not an issue with my mobile data or home wifi. 2. The console also lags A LOT. A lot of time after I use the console in the app, I have to wait for like 2-3 seconds for the camera to actually move, and A LOT OF TIME it does not even move at all, which is also freaking frustrating. Conclusion: I won’t say that this app is completely useless because there is still maybe 5-10% of the time that it is not lagging at all, but it defiantly has caused a lot of frustration. I do not recommend this app at all unless you don’t mind a lot of frustration caused by using the app.

Please restore the turning on/off feature back. Thanks
