Schlechte app
Die App ist voll kacke, da man in Echtzeit gar nicht sieht was man auf dem Konto hat.. wird dann erst nach einem tag wenn überhaupt abgezogen.. sehr sehr schlecht finde ich.
AKB-App = Katastrophe

Wir haben 2024 und ihr schafft es nicht, den Echtzeitkontostand korrekt in der App anzuzeigen? Des weiteren sehr benutzerunfreundliche App. Da macht man sich wirklich Gedanken, die Bank zu wechseln…
Oldschool App
Die App hat dringends ein zeitgemässes Redesign nötig. Aktuell erinnert sie an die Anfangszeit von E-Banking. Nehmt euch die ZKB als Leitbild die hat eine moderne Banking App.

Aktueller Kontostand
Dieses Thema ist ein Problem seit der Gründung der App, betrifft nicht nur die AKB, sonder alle Kantonalbanken und die Raiffeisenbank Bank. Tätig mann mit der Debitkarte eine Zahlung wird der Betrag tage später aktualisiert. Am Wochenende kann man bis Mitte kommende Woche warten. Die Versprechen dass daran gearbeitet wird, ist nur zur Beruhigung der Kundschaft, dabei wird seit Jahren nichts geändert. UBS, Credit Suisse hat das Problem nicht. Ich kann Samstagnacht eine Zahlung tätigen, max. 5sec. Ist der Kontostand aktualisiert. Also werte Herren, es geht, ihr wollt nur nicht..!!
Steinzeit
Im Vergleich zu anderen Banking-Apps befindet sich die AKB noch in der Steinzeit bezüglich UX. Eigentlich sollte ich doch alles mit top UI über diese App vornehmen können. Seit neuem ist auch die Zahlungshistorie ziemlich broken bzw. zeigt es mir die Zahlungen vom letzten Jahr zuerst an und ich muss extra für dieses Jahr filtern.
Unzufrieden
Eins möchte ich wissen Wird denn keine Automatisierung gemacht zum Auslösen der ,Überträge usw?? Ebenfalls am Wochenende und zu jeder Zeit Tippt das Personal jede einzelne Rg usw ab? Mir scheint, dass AKB die Kundenwünsche die bereits immer die gleichen seit Jahren sind, nicht ernst nimmt und keine Änderungen an heutige Zeit angepasst werden So kann man Kunden verärgern so dass sie die Bank wechseln.
App funktioniert nicht !!!
Hallo zusammen , Bis jetzt die App hat richtig funktioniert,jetzt leider ladet nicht mehr . Es gab keine Meldung über das . Bitte um eine Feedback wann wird es wieder funktionieren . Grüß
