We provide this service to certain people in this case cadres and members to help realize our mission. Instead, we want you to make the following commitments:
- Who can use Aku Demokrat
Our MyDemorat platform becomes safer and more accountable when people who use our platform are officially registered . For this reason, you must:
1. Demokrat political parties cadres. (registered officially in political parties membership and has membership card)
2. political parties members (people registered by cadres specifically)
- What Cadres and Members can share on Aku Demokrat
We want Cadres and Members who use Aku Demokrat Products to express themselves and share content that matters to them and the community. without compromising the safety and security of others or the integrity of our community. Accordingly, you agree not to engage in the behavior described below (or not to facilitate or encourage others to do so):
1. You may not use Aku Demokrat to do or share any of these things
- Which violates the law, is misleading, discriminatory, or deceptive.
- Those who violate the rights of others, including the intellectual property rights of others.
2. You may not upload viruses or malicious code, or do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper performance or appearance of our Products.
3. You may not access or collect data from our Products using automated means (without our prior permission) or attempt to access data for which you do not have access permission.
We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these provisions. We may also remove or restrict access to your content, services or information if we determine that such action is reasonably necessary to avoid or mitigate legal or regulatory effects that are detrimental to us.
- The permissions you gave us
We need certain permissions from you to provide our services:
1. Permission to use content you create and share: Some content you share or upload, such as photos or videos. You can delete content individually.
2. Permission to use your name, your profile picture and information about your actions. You give us permission to use your name, profile photo and information about the actions you have taken on Aku Demokrat
3. Permission to use your location, We will ask for the current location permission to be shared with members and cadres.
