Al Ain Water - Water Delivery

Very bad customer experience starting since of joining on last year 2023. Sales agents all fooling you as well as support and hope management team is aware what bad and ugly service is happening within their company. I’m strongly do not recommend to use their services to anyone in UAE! They do not deliver water on scheduled time also when complaining about their bad service they just skip it by resolving your support issue even without letting you know what changed of fixed. Refresh button doesn’t work, always “Loading…” with no result. But there is a solution: 1. Uninstall the app (logout doesn’t work) 2. Install again 3. Log in

Crappy app - money paid but no delivery order can be processed as the wallet balance is not updating and still shows zero (it shows the correct balance when you go to Wallet, but at the checkout it shows you have zero balance).

Salut Team, I facing problem with app, when I try to open wallet - app is crashing. IPhone 7

App deducts additional amount from the wallet balance. Customer service support is not helpful at all as they always close my complain case without even solving the problem. Not recommended.

App has so many issues. I added some amount to my wallet and it vanished in 5 minutes. It will take days of follow up to get this amount back. Not able to logout also properly.

Tried with multiple cards. Keeps giving an error. Deleted the app and tried to reinstall. Doesn’t work either. Disappointing I will be moving to nestle or oasis soon
