Al Baraka Bank Pakistan

Not recommended at all. Worst bank, worst app, worst customer care department. Do yourself a favour to never go there please.

The app offers a smooth and user-friendly experience with easy navigation and an intuitive interface. I especially appreciate the seamless login process, including facial recognition & biometric authentication, which enhances both convenience and security. Transactions, such as transfers and bill payments, are quick and hassle-free.

I complained couple of time and they say in September issue will be fixed as they are working on iOS 18 we are now in October and still have same issue

Pathetic service

I have been using the Albarak Bank’s application for a year and since then facing same type of error. When i login and after some time i login again, login error appears on screen that i am already logged in. Please look into this matter and resolve.

Whenever i try to login to my account, the app crashes and after that it shows me that the user is already logged in. It takes almost 15 to 20 minutes to let me login again.

After bank albarakah app update with new security feature 😡, it asks to add device every time i try to login. And after few attempt for bio metric verification which couldn’t be done due to this new security feature and receiving message “verification limit for current limit has been exhausted” i also made calls to helpline twice but assurance that they have cleared it all. As far as the sevices are concerned neither satisfied with mobile app nor with their internet bank via pc. Very pathethic and low grade internet banking service from Al Baraka bank

This is not bank this is totally daba bank

It does not open on my phone idk why whenever i click to open it . It doesnt open it keeps coming back to app screen thing. Why its like that please resolve😟
