You should updated your onlne shopping everyday. Because there is many product that is out of stock and its written available. It’s make customer unconfortable. And please be on time. I’ve been choosen for delivery at 12-2.00 PM but untill now, it was 14.56 not deliver to me. Please BE ON TIME AS CUSTOMER CHOOSE. Because we have many project to do. And please educate your staff. Why every foreigner you call as Chinnese? Jist call us as foreigner. They call me for confirmed not available product, because they can’t speak english, they said “ye chinnese bache”. Like what? Not all foreigner is Chinnese, and please educate it. Thanks. Wish u all upgrading after this

What a useless app. Doesn’t even know how to navigate through the location off setting

The app isn’t working properly. You can’t talk to anyone in live chat, an error message appears. No other contact information provided. Can’t track order, all you see is a blank screen when you try to pull up a current order. I’ve ordered milk 2 separate times and both times it was warm and spoiled. Had to contact rider because there’s no way to talk to anyone in customer service because the app isn’t working properly. Perishable (cold or weather sensitive) items should be kept cold until time to be delivered.

Used to work fine but now i can’t even open it. It keeps crashing

After recent update app is not launching and crashes

So called Alfatah cannot even manage a decent app. If you don’t have something in stock why it shows in your inventory as available. It’s been almost 5 days still didn’t receive order.

Even after the new 5.8 update, the app crashes and gives error for time zone. Time zone is already set to auto still giving issues
