Biggest mistake to choose Bank Al Habib

I’m highly disappointed with the Bank Al Habib app. Despite successfully logging in, I can’t access my account. The app immediately directs me to perform biometric verification, but it gets stuck on that screen, making it impossible to proceed. My funds are essentially locked due to this faulty app. If online banking isn’t supported properly, just inform users so we can make alternative arrangements. As it stands, it feels like I have no choice but to visit the bank in person to withdraw my funds. This is extremely frustrating and needs urgent attention.

Pathetic services. Lot of unknown taxes. Worse mobile app service! And if u try to lodge a complaint online ‘ even that dsnt respond!!!

Such a worst performance , time wasting & useless application

I am sure this bank earns a substantial amount of revenue but your pathetic app never works. Maybe consider paying a decent app developer and take your customers out of misery, nonsense management!

There’s lots of things they have to fix. There biometrics is not working out side of Pakistan,that’s very frustrating and this makes me to never ever use this bank and app, i lost my own access from past two weeks and no one responds me. Very useless service, I highly recommend you to not use this app and don’t open account in bank. Thank you for attention!

Just keep getting an error message saying “ you have entered invalid information, please re-enter your correct information”

PLEASE PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR APP.

Iam a user of BAHL for last 5 yrs almost. Its services and tech have tremendously gone down in last 2 yrs. The worst possible app experience and helpline.
