You cant watch live news or even the today news if you are not paying the subscription. The monthly subscription fees are more expensive the the monthly subscription of Netflix.

Why isn't there an option to switch to English language to navigate on the website and app ? I have to click everywhere just to find the tv series I watch .

They make you sign up in order to watch live channels, after you sign up you still can’t watch any live channels because you need to subscribe monthly Some photos and videos don’t load properly

I signed up to the paid service through the AlJadeed application, I can now replay all the videos, however I can’t play the direct streaming. Please fix ASAP. Thx

You have a problem with the new version I like the old version Always asking to register and I can’t register because I can’t right the number in English it always shows up in Arabic so I can’t put my email address

I used to enjoy the old version of the application. This new version has very small letters even using glasses I could not read the detailed news. Old version was more organized too!!! Bad choice guys, go back to the old version if you want more viewers Thx

Hi there, I’m always excited to read Aljadeed news via this app while on the train back from work to my house. I live abroad, and Aljadeed is my way of keeping abreast of all major events in my country Lebanon. However, the app doesn’t launch frequently (more than once a week) and every time it does that I have to delete it and download it again. Technology is the future, and most people don’t read newspapers or listen to news on tv anymore. Rather, they check news on their smart phones, tablets and computers. I’d like Aljadeed to cater for the audience of the 21st century, and continue to be a pioneer in news technology. So, please invest in this app and make it better so we can remain in touch with what’s happening in our country and continue to enjoy using the app. Husein
