Been using it for several months and all fine … but now it’s not working …. Is there any plan to update the app or fix it ???

Nice prospect of being able to transfer on your app, if only it worked. Please update your app!!

التسجيل معقد وصعب والباسوورد ماينحفظ بالايفون حاله حال باجي الباسووردات واول عمليه تحويل لي فشلت وتم استقطاع المبلغ للأسف

I start using this app through Corona time to save my time & avoid going out to transfer money. Mainly I was using Western Union services. What makes me very upset is : 1. The app always hangs after signing in and I need to start over many times 😠 2- while I can send money through the app, I cant make editing to the name or canceling the transaction using it! I must go to any Muzaini office & make a request for cancellation then I must go again to collect my money back !! This is very unpractical & -to be more clear- very stupid 👎🏼. The idea of using online services is to make things easier for the costmer but what I see when I used Almuzaini app is that it makes it easer to take the money but very difficult to get it back ! This is very annoying & I talked to the customer service many times about it but they don’t seem to care enough.

Alot of bugs Alot of slowness Alot of stupidity Alot of unavailable features No professionalism of dealing with customers requests

التطبيق ما يشتغل على الايفون ١٤ برو ماكس

نتمنى ان يتطور البرنامج ونستطيع حذف المستفيد او اتعديل على بياناته

Too much lag plus I don’t know how they literally send 1 thing 10 times without even me paying thank god it’s still showing pending I am till not sure how, don’t even think about sending it from here better to visit branch.

مع التحديث الاخير فيه مشكله في عرض فاتورة التحويل … البيانات لاتظهر ودايما تطلع رسالة تم فقدان الشبكة وتقيل في الحركة
