“I deposited cash at the ATM, but it took the money without generating a receipt or returning the cash. I had to contact the call center, and the experience was terrible—poor service and unprofessional communication. The staff were unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy. I do not recommend using such outdated banks

Eazy to use app provides access to many service and saved me trips to the bank branch to perform my banking needs besides providing full overview of my accounts

The application get worst and worst every day. 1-To much information required to transfer money to other accounts 2-cant copy and paste IBAN to add or scan BARCODE by camera 3- every day theres a maintenance on the app, after 11:59pm

The C.S asked me to uninstall the app/ reinstall the update. in The update , I have to register my device and it shows I can do with Eqtisadi card. And whenever I try, it doesnt work then CS says that eqtisadi is not applicable for registering the device. Like seriously guys?? The apps are supposed to make life easier. But any way your whole customer experience is always the worst Mashalla
