My AC stopped working first day of Eid after I had collected the car two weeks ago which is shameful and then not to have any emergency repair option for such a serious fault with which I could not use the car ruined the Eid holiday plans. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
The app needs to have an option for the users to receive or disable marketing notifications.
It’s a good thing to finally find a showroom with such a great app and easy to use. Am really happy about it and thrilled to visit the showroom soon.

Really good application and handy, would be great if can take pictures or upload picture for the malfunction message or select from drop-down menu and link this to company’s internal systems!

Gave the car for servicing 4 days back. No response from them when car will be ready. Every time I call them , they inform me that we will give u a call back as service advisor is not available. Never received call back since last 2 days. Hope I can get some response. Have called them more than 10 times with no response
