Your app caused me to pay twice why don’t y’all have safeguards against that?? I can’t find any way to cancel it either. Not cool. :-( of course why would y’all care you’re a big corporation and want peoples money

App is glitchy. Hard to use. It crashes and you have to restart. Please fix it

I like the app easily provides all of the information I need , however it’s a bit slow .

The service WellBeacon they use to allow you to find in-network care is often wrong. It often shows clinics being in-network only to find out after I try to make an appt that they are out of network.

I can't pay my bill on here. It won't open.

Could be improved. But it gets the job done.
