I've tried many apps to aid sleep. This however focuses also on waking up in the right headspace. Worth a try.

It gets me to sleep so I think it works. Lots of recorded sounds to mix and choose from. Thumbs up! Suggest a function to set timings to turn on the sound. Eg sometimes I get woken up at 4am so I want to set it automatically at 4am without having to look at my phone
