I cant start the alarm

Just downloaded this app to integrate Spotify into my alarms. I saw the features, was thrilled to see them and signed up for the month long trial (thankfully 3 days free). Honestly if it worked fine, I would’ve paid for the whole year. But it doesn’t. I connected my Spotify and it says I need premium. I already have premium! Then it doesn’t even let me click on the “contact us” for support. Pls fix the bugs so that we can use and pay for your service !!!

I used to have the hardest time waking up in the morning. I cycled through using multiple alarms, shock watches, different apps. Nothing worked — I just couldn’t hear anything in the morning. Since downloading this app, I hook it up to a Bluetooth speaker next to my bed and it gets me up every single morning.

Last night I set an alarm with a song, set for 7:15 AM, and right now it is 8:05 AM, the alarm has never went off plus it says it will go off in 15 hours? What does that mean?? Don’t get this!!

It let me buy without having premium but it didn’t let me know until after the alarm was supposed to sound

All these apps either have Apple Music or premium for Spotify, but if I had those things it would be good. However they cast money 😔

I hate this alarm it is so bad you put the music on and in the morning it doesn’t have no sound I’ve tried any app of you know another one pls tell me

I have the spotify app open in the background like the instructions say (and I DO have a Spotify Premium account) but it keeps telling me it can’t play Spotify because I don’t have a Premium account (which I do).

It’s a pay wall, even if you wanted to use a service such as Spotify you have to pay them to even do so

This app doesn’t do what it says it will and nobody answers support emails. I have premium Spotify and it tells me it won’t play because I need to have premium. Alarm didn’t go off once in the weeks that I had the app. Didn’t connect to Spotify. Didn’t recognize my subscription. I asked for support 5 times with no response before giving up and moving on. Don’t waste time on this app.
