Use the free Alaveda app to access your company/health plan wellness program from your mobile device. The app offers a wide range of personalized tools including:
- Take a health risk assessment to determine your risk for disease
- Learn how to reduce your risk for disease with personalized plans for wellness
- Earn incentives and rewards
- Participate in wellness challenges
- Socialize with friends and colleagues
Alaveda integrates with the Apple Health app which allows you to share steps from your iPhone and activity, workout and sleep data from your Apple Watch. We use this data to provide personalized wellness programming and help drive positive behavior change within your wellness portal.
The Alaveda app is available for anyone to download, but you must obtain login credentials from your employer or health plan before you can log in.

Terrible app
It’s not much more than a link to the website, terrible for a large company

Takes forever to sync
Does not consistently connect with Apple Watch
I have a hard time, even when I follow the directions, my data still does not appear.
Best wellness app I’ve used
This app is so easy to use and has tons of helpful information, videos, articles, and links. I can learn about my personal health, knowing my info is secure. 10/10!
Impossible to set up credentials
I have been trying for 15 minutes to get set up on this app. It keeps talking me in circles, saying I have an account but will not take my Pw. The remind me does not generate an email. There is no support phone # to call for help. Useless
Has to be better apps out there.
My work has use this for a wellness app for the past two years. It is very clunkyAnd glitchy. We are a bank with approximately 120 employees. We do a step challenge once a year. During the challenge it stops syncimg at least once with both Apple and Garman devices. We as employees have to figure out when this happensThen manually enter our steps. Company is not quick to respond.TheSupport side of app is not very quick to respond either. Would not recommend highly.
So convenient
This app makes it so easy for me to participate in my wellness program! I can earn points, get my rewards, and compete in challenges. Glad my company offers this!
Absolute garbage
Nothing works, it’s impossible to do the things you actually need to do, and the product manager lady is a special kind of rude. STAY AWAY from anything made by “MediKeeper”
