Nuts are very old, I think it’s passed the expiry date, taste very bad, delay in delivery and very bad quality.

After too many substitutions and cancelled item because of unavailability, the order arrived late and boiling !!! Even milk and eggs were delivered in June heat without any ice or temperature control. Business owners haven’t built their model to match Dubai standards. I am cancelling my account with them as they are below the standards and food safety regulations. I regret not reading previous reviews !

One of the worse online shopping experience in all of my life ever never. First: the order should be delivered between 4 -5 pm, I received it at 6:30 pm. Second:, I spent more than one hour selecting the products I want, and they sent me totally different products 90% is wrong items. Third: most of the items I ordered is missing and no one informed me that it is missing just decided by them selves to bring what they have. Fourth: I asked them to bring the card for payment that I have not cash at home, dilevery came asking about cash where make me ask people around me to pay. Fifth: the price on the app is different than the delivers order. I called the call center and I informed them about all what happened, and they told me will check and get back to me, and no one called me to explain all this mistakes. Unfortunately there is no less than one star.
