First of all, I’m not your average user. I worked in finance for over decade. Albo is good neobank in the wrong hands. Their management team has no idea what they are doing, this results in poor performance for the company as a whole. The app hasn’t been thoroughly tested and has MANY problems. The functionality to upload files from your phone works randomly. Whenever you submit a support ticket, the system returns an error message, and it is not clear if support team got it.. It is very awkward to write messages to the bank, because the window where you enter the text is maybe 3mm wide, and if your message is long you can’t see all of it. And the cherry on top, their support is veeeery slow. I started seeing random changes on my card, which I don’t recognise, I let them know about. Their response shocked me: “maybe you forgot, maybe you subscribed and forgot”. And this was after I researched issue myself an found evidence online that the transactions were fraudulent.
