App doesn’t work almost all time and the withdrawal took more than 6 days as we live on beginning of crypto buy sell 2017 !! Iam very disappointed

Garbage took 5 days to verify my identity after numerous emails, sent ach to ach_heco address which are on different networks instead of transaction failing it’s stuck in crypto space pending. Almost like a bum did the programming.

Have invested in ACH crypto and would like to use the app. Months and months of contacting support with no response. The app will not verify my information. Have deleted and re downloaded times. Emailed many, many times with zero response. People want to use the app. People will not, however, use it if there are issues and zero customer support. Sheds a very bad light on an amazing project.

Haven’t been able to make an account due to bugs.

The first issue I ran into was registering my email address. I tried several times to have a code sent but they never came. I tried a different email address and the same thing. I then tried a third email and I finally received a code. Not sure if it has anything to do with it but the first two emails I used are @icloud addresses and the third was @gmail. Then I got to the password creation area, and I am completely unable to push ‘confirm’ as it stays grayed out. The password I was trying to create was very strong—15 characters long, capital and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. So I tried again without the special characters, and the ‘confirm’ button finally lit up so I’m assuming special characters are unable to be used. Btw, it would be super helpful if we receive an error letting us know why the password is being rejected. 😜 So anyway, I pushed ‘confirm’ and I got an error message saying ‘user does not exist.’ What the heck? I know this is a brand new project and brand new app, so I understand that bugs happen. No biggie. I will happily try again after you guys implement fixes. This review was not a complaint but rather just detailed info to help you understand what needs worked on.
