Very frustrating
App doesn’t recognize accepted (saved) passwords, doesn’t recognize telephone numbers, doesn’t allow password changes. In sort, it doesn’t allow you to log in. You have to raise a complaint and then use the simple PIN number sent to you. Which, apparently you can’t change. Then when you go to the store, the frustration continues. Not once has it worked correctly. I keep having to show staff my confirmation email. Sometimes the points appear later. Sometimes I just give up. This is frustrating because I often buy from City Fresh twice a day. Nice idea. Needs work.
