One of the worst App unable to login I called 100 times each time they are saying team is busy will contact never happens not recommended They said it’s very fast ,but its taking more than 48 hours as well very unprofessional customer care don’t waist your money and time by using this average App

UAE Pass is a norm in UAE for logging into many services. I tried several hours to login with UAE Pass as to update my renewed visa and EID and its not working. An unexpected error message appears. I have big question on the quality of their Application and Testing team for clearing their app to production which has errors.

I did a transfer that failed due a technical issue in the app, but the money was deducted from my card. When talking to the customer care agents, they told me it will take 48 hours to reprocess the transfer, so basically a delay of 2 days for a supposed instant transaction. All this knowing that the problem was 100% from the app and nothing to do with the sender. From my experience, if anyone has an urgent transfer to do, it’s 50/50 chances, it may go as it may not but STILL DEDUCT THE MONEY. Also their customer service is helpless, they wont be able to do anything for you plus they are only available from 12pm. Very, very bad experience.

بناء علي تجربه لا انصح التعامل معها سواء علي مستوي الشركات بخصوص خدمات تحويل الرواتب حيث انه دائما ما يتم تحويل الرواتب للموظفين بعد استلامهم للمبلغ ب يومان او ثلاثه ايام عمل . وبخصوص التعامل الشخصي تم تحميل التطبيق ولكن لتنشيط الحساب يذكر بانه يجب زياره الفرع علي الرغم من امكانيه تسجيل الدخول بالهويه الرقميه. لذلك لا انصح التعامل معهم

My first experience with the app was very smooth but on my second transfer using diet transfer from bank account the AlfaPay was unable to take the transfer from my banking app. And then it transferred the amount twice. So now my balance is stuck with Al Fardan. Strongly advised you to not trust the transaction failure message in alpha app always doublecheck with your bank that the amount got debited or not. Because Al Fardan is not quick in resolving such issues like Al Ansari once anything like this happens as for my experience.

Twice have been sending money home and they deduct it but never goes to the receiver after complaining they send automated emails 🤦🏽‍♀️please work on your app

Never cannot log in through alpha pay. They are always telling something went wrong. They are telling contact branch. If we go to branch they are telling server is down. Then who will sort this out ?

I will not promote this application for sending money. They were saying your life will make it easier to your family. Its a false alarm. They will make it miserable. I been experienced 3 times that i sent the money and my receivers cant pick up the remittance. And two days ago its happened again!! Only they requested for id of my sister because i sent money to qatar. And until now no call neither email for their updates whats going on of my transaction. Only id to verify and only that requirements only is missing to process my remittance until now no progress my god guys!!!! Its 2days already!!! Your team is lack to take an action regarding this!!!

The app just freeze once you open it.
