This is the most dumb app I’ve ever seen

На момент 07 августа 2022 г. приложение никто не спрашивает (рейс Москва - Дубай). Однако, при регистрации в аэропорту русская девушка проверила сертификат о вакцинации и ПЦР, который должен быть не старее 48 часов до вылета.

Худшее приложение которое видел, отправляет на сайт, начинаешь искано нужные документы, страница обновляется и все пропадает, так и не смогли оформить зелёный статус хотя были все документы..

Почему приложение не предлагает выбор языка? Только арабский

Оказывается этому приложению присудили награду приложение года 2021 в ОАЭ😂

your application does not work, failed to check in and was not allowed to board the aircraft. horror. how many plans and roads are ruined! Today I learned from my friends that they also could not fly out because of this !!! Why mock people?

Does not show my vaccine 3 month already . Came to the hospital - they said call al hosn , i call al hosn - they said call dha , dha said go to the hospital ! When you will do normal app ?????

Application says that as the travel I need to provide PCR on 1st and 9th days being in UAE. But today was my flight from AbuDhabi and I was returned on the road from Dubai to AbuDhabi as my status had became not green due to missing PCR. But today was my 6th day in UAE. I was not informed that I need to provide a PCR on some day before 9th day. So my flight tickets fired and I left in Dubai waiting for PCR results. Awful experience and money lost due to some issues on the side of application developers.

I uploaded my vaccination certificate one week ago. The verification status is still pending approval. Abu-Dhabi ICA support asked my to apply for a request to General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs Dubai, but nobody responded me!

Al hosn support centers are busy,official Instagram not replying, ministery of health and Seha also busy ,yas clinic also busy, no one reply WhatsApp or email.How can me adapt to mandatory tests in Abu Dhabi without application that working correctly.1 star for managing the al hosn even though idea itself is great.I have done vaccine but it isn’t reflecting as promised which makes me a must to make pcr alevery 3 days if I wish to go out of my house.What was the reason I did the 1 st shot vaccine if it’s not benefit me at all and the system don’t even sees that,and no one can answer my questions.I wish al hosn have landline with enough call replyers and WhatsApp single center for al hosn related questions
