As a legacy employee, I'm shocked that the quality of this app is so poor and with the many poor reviews that I see, why is it still used? The original site was far superior to this app....which is garbage....oh wait....maybe my 12 year old grand daughter can create a better one!

Absolutely frustrating to find anything useful. It may technically have a lot of things but is inconsistent and dependent on too many external links. Not a legitimate app IMO, instead a poor wrapper for a website.

Works well interface is a bit confusing though

Received error message to call the office on every web page. What good is an app that does not work properly after hours? No good.

I doubt the company buying reviews to boost its ratings. It’s obviously a horrible app that doesn’t have clear user flows and designs. The product manager of this app should be fired today.

Super easy to use and quick!

I used to be able to use the pension calculator but haven’t been able to for the past month. It just closes when I try to enter my information. When I used the Alight chat to tell them about the issue, I was told to contact my Human Resources department.

Makes it super easy to see my benefits, insurance cards, and helps with finding a doctor that is covered under your insurance plan! Love it !!

Virtual assistant was able to answer zero of my questions, kept taking me to different subjects than what I asked for. Hard to navigate, unable to find cover sheet to fax information to get reimbursement. Old not find cover sheet to use for faxes.

Terrible app. Terrible company. Cant find anything on the app. If you try and call the robot voice takes forever to get through. The representatives are difficult and unhelpful.
