Numerous tines i have subscribed to this app through the App Store. You. Have taken my money yet i cannot access it unless i pay twice ROBBERY. I love the contebt but i always have to contact allblk to access my subscription. And I lose money every time. Will no longer download.
Not worth the app
I will click on a TV show. It will freeze and go back to my home screen on my TV. It does it all the time I’ve emailed support they’ve done nothing about it. I will not be renewing my subscription after May.
Had an acct since 2021 and in the beginning I had no issues but over the years I’ve had to purchase a subscription for every device I used but was thinking maybe I didn’t pay it. No that was not it. Left it cancelled for a while and redid it a week ago and not no matter what device I use it’s telling me to subscribe and I did. Can’t even login on my phone and that’s how I subscribed

What is wrong with this site because it won’t load. There’s an error message that says, “Try again later” but it never works.
The app doesn’t allow you to make changes to your subscription and neither does the website! Fraudulent service!
WOW, I’m loving this.
I really enjoy some of the shows on this app, however the shows ALWAYS crash mid episode and I have to exit out the app and start the episode over again. And it doesn’t even pick up where I left off so I have to fast forward and try to find where I was at during the episode. I finally finished season one of HUSH and decided that I don’t want the subscription anymore. But now that HUSH has a season two, I decided to try again and the problem went from the videos crashing to the videos won’t even play. Some error message keeps popping up on anything that I try to watch. I wish I could upload videos or photos to show what I’m talking about. Like what a waste of money! I normally don’t leave reviews but I’m super irritated over this situation, I want to be reimbursed or given my month back. Just horrible! Do better allblk!
Since I can’t email them directly. I will put my concern here in hopes for a solution . App has been working fine for months untill this month monthly has been paid but all the shows are still locked .. I need a fix to this problem as well as a free month of subscription!!
