Keep mentioning Mobile Certification expired but there are no updated version
Every time we get the notification to authenticate, it moves from one page to another so quickly before we can even click the “Yes”. And we have to redo it again and again until it works. It’s very frustrating when you need to urgently make or approve a payment.
Can’t even press any back button, most of the time I’ll need to just shut down the whole app and restart just because I want to go to the previous page. Other than that the app is a little slow. Please improve the app.
What a very unpleasant experience with this apps recently. When i need to transfer money, the error 403 message keeps popping up. And keep on asking for TAC which i never change either phone or SIM. When emergency arise, then you can start thinking why would you even have this bank holding your money.
Don’t understand why need to recognize sim card. When the other bank’s apps no such requirement. The so called mobile token claimed we can do our transaction any time at anywhere but only in Malaysia? When I were at oversea and using different sim card, the apps started restrict me, asked me to verify by TAC until I changed my original sim card back to my phone. Don’t understand what kind of security is this, restricted until the user themselves also cannot use.
After the recent update the app keeps asking for TAC and even after talking to customer service it keeps gape after following their instructions. Also the app needs to be streamlined and made user friendly, currently it is terrible with so many log ins for different reasons. Other bank apps can do much better than this. Planning to change bank if not improved
Please stop spamming your notifications message. Almost receive it every hour. What the hell. Please remove that annoying notifications.
Very complicated to use and appear offline without any reason. I’m suffering. Online app is to ease users’ work but not the other way around

Firstly the words especially on administratior is small on web based. The way of it approving payment is troublesome, Admin , Authoriser , Maker all need 3 different phone numbers even only got 1 user
