App not working
Uploading pdf is not available to submit claims! Only option shown is from camera and gallery only. How about pdf??? Pls fix 🤦🏻♂️😤

Go Green! Forget the Hassle of submitting hard copy receipts as Alliance is moving on to a paperless claim submission process.
Snap a picture of your original receipt and upload it via the Mobile App. So Simple!
Check Balance – Enhanced!
Check your balance on the Go! With the New Alliance Mobile App, you can peek at your current annual balance without using the web browser or desktop.
(Not applicable for members under unlimited plan)
Member’s E-card
Left your card at home? Fret not, you can retrieve your e-Card instantly by using the mobile app for validation during your visit.

Can select program
I cant seem to selece the program.. unistall and install multiple times but still unable to make selection.
Poor company
This company is so poor they cannot afford a developer to update the app since the 2000s lol
No filter for clinic locators
It is very hard to find clinics as there is no filter (eg: TCM only). It's only shows your current location, which makes it very hard to plan or find doctors when you are sick.
App not working
It keeps asking me to upload the latest apps when I juts download the apps today 1 July 2024.
Buggy
Have updated the app. But upon trying to log in, a pop out comes out, asking me to update the app. This isn’t it man come on
