Use your existing Alliant Online Banking login to get started or, if you’re a first time user, create your login credentials right from the app.
Use the Alliant Mobile App to:
• Deposit checks instantly
• Securely check account balances and view recent banking activity
• See transaction history, including credit card transactions
• Transfer money between accounts and set up external accounts
• Report cards lost or stolen with our tap to call feature
• Pay monthly bills and set up new payees
• Find ATMs in our 80,000 surcharge-free network as well as ATMs that accept deposits
• Create, receive and respond to secure messages
• Keep track of your finances via powerful personal financial management tool
Highlighted mobile app features include:
• Fingerprint authentication. Log in to the app with the touch of a finger
• Balance preview. View your balance prior to logging in.
• Customization. Easily reorder your accounts

Requirements
Alliant Mobile Banking works with devices using Version – iOS – 9.0 and above
Transfer Limits
Checking accounts: There are no limits on the number of transfers you can make in a calendar month.
Savings accounts: You can make up to six total transfers to another account or a third party in a calendar month per federal regulations. We may refuse or reverse a transfer that exceeds these limits; we may also assess fees, suspend or close your account.
Security
All transactional data is encrypted and no sensitive account information is stored on your mobile device.
Permissions
• Location permissions are needed to determine your location in order to find ATMs.
• Camera permissions are needed to deposit checks.
Disclosures
Deposit limits and other restrictions apply. Alliant’s Mobile Check Deposit Service is subject to eligibility. Some features are available for eligible members and accounts only. There is no charge from Alliant to use the mobile app, but message and data rates may apply.
Surcharge-free ATMs include: Alliant-owned ATMs and ATMs that are part of the Alliance One, Allpoint, CO-OP Network, Credit Union 24, CU Here and Publix Presto networks. Transactions performed at other ATMs may be subject to the ATM owner’s surcharge fee. Not all ATMs accept deposits.
All deposits are subject to the Alliant Credit Union’s Funds Availability Policy. Refer to Alliant’s Account Agreement and Disclosures for more information. Please retain your check for 90 days before destroying.

Zelle
I wish this app can have availability to use Zelle like other banks.

When will we be able to use Zelle outside of the Zelle app ?? They will be shutting down the Zelle app and we won't be able to send money through Zelle anymore unless it connected through our banking app.
Horrendous App
This app is the worst. Logs me out while I’m trying to make payments, only shows the loan amount in the home screen, and they removed you being able to see how much interest was coming out of your payments (almost like they don’t want you to know…….). Overall, one of the worst banking apps I’ve used in a while. Stop updating it to remove features, and actually make information/app more accessible.
We still need Night Mode
Although slow to implement things other banks have I still came believe that there’s no automatic Night Mode. Opening the app in the middle of the night and everyone knows your in the banking app
Not great for loans
If you're using the app for loans the experience is pretty subpar. No information is given on your loan aside from the amount. You cannot view how your payment is broken down, and if you are paying extra, the app gives no Information on how much is going towards principal. You will have to call support for pretty much any issue since the app lacks any features.
App down every weekend and customer service is rude
A little bit of transparency would come a long way but when it comes to Alliant, customer service will act like you just ruined their day for calling to ask what is going on. Service has only gotten worse over the past few years and I'm ready to jump to something better than this circus.
Good banking app
The app is good, I prefer the no frills and no shiny looks of the app. The only thing I wish the “banking” app would have is the option for Zelle. As a millennial, most of my peers are using Zelle, Cashapp etc. Hopefully Product Manager takes a look at it and understands.
Missing important tech for digital only credit union
I like the look and feel of the app. It works well. Real time text (not fraud) alerts or push notifications are standard now and Alliant doesn’t have either. Having Zelle fully integrated is another must. If Alliant had the real time alerts and Zelle, they would be my primary account.
Pretty good!
Excellent app. One complaint—It’d be great if we could see a status for pending check deposits. Currently, it shows nothing after the deposit so you’re kind of left in limbo. Maybe it could appear in pending or something like that?! Thanks!!
