In spite of the granted biometric identification the app won’t work for itself but only after a second authentication from other app unlocked also with a biometric authentication. If not by this method one needs to enter every time the user name, that the bank issued with, and the password for the app doesn’t allow them to be saved. For the activation of the second app an activation code sent from the bank issued needed followed by a PIN code that would be used for the activation the app only.

На стъпката за верификация с код от смс, не получавам смс дори и след многократни опити. Винаги има проблеми. От месеци не мога да достъпя банкирането. Безполезно.

App support link doesn’t work as well

The app doesn’t work again. There are constant technical issues with both mobile banking and the smart id apps. Really unpleasant experience, considering changing banks.

От около месец насам всеки път щом се опитам да одобря заявка от апликацията на банката при вход с биометрия, изписва “Упс нещо се обърка”, но няма проблем след като се въведат име и парола. Моля поправете това.

When I try to set up my account in the begining, when I get to the last step to log in with biometrical data or pin, both of the buttons dont do anything when pressed and I cant finish the initial set up of the account.

Probably from 1 month I can't use it with the app. Is says "critical error" - restart the app and then again and again.

Presently the app authorizes transactions done through the web portal ONLY. It cannot be used with the mobile bank app.

Постоянно като опитам да потвърдя логина си и приложението крашва и ме кара да го рестартирам. Потресаващо…

1. Защо не мога да ползвам тази апликация едновременно на айпада и на айфона? Всеки път, когато влезна в едното устройство, се logout-ва другото. 2. Кому е нужна посветена апликация за автентикация, при положение, че може главната апликация за опериране и тази да са сляти в една? Удобството, за много хора е приоритет. Това което ме задържа тук са кредитите ми. Съвет от мен: Намерете някой друг да ви направи мобилната апликация, да слее двете в една. Инвестирайте средства в това. Чуйте какво желаят клиентите Ви.
