The app doesn’t work

Hi! I can’t log in to the app nor website. What’s the problem?

The app doesn’t open

How to contact the app support team?

When I switch to dark mode the app doesn’t show the menu and the text.App doesn’t recognize my login. Always need to login again after restart of the app. The app should be a real app and not a PWA.

Disappointment

This app is like a link to the mobile version of a website. Could not submit an Invoice after 3 tries. Limits the size of photos and fails on the last stage with “oops” message.

Claim issues

Can not submit a claim for 5 times in a raw. Cookie policy or file size issues. 15 mb max total size? Really? It is 2020 and one photo may take 8mb. This app is useless and need to be fixed. Why do i have to be a free beta tester for you? I pay my policy fee and struggle to make a claim.

The previous app was more user friendly.

The previous app was more user friendly. This app requires to log in (type) username and password each time, no face id or secret short number. This app has small font and plain colors. When taking photos to submit a claim it limits the size of the photos, so one can’t take as many as needed photos.

Does not start

When logging for the 1st time the app tells me to provide my consent to process data, even after I did it on the website and the website shows that I did

Attach docs - you must do it!!!

Why it doesn’t allow to attach files and photos!!! In CZECH republic we have online medical prescriptions and treatment bills... so what I should do in case I can’t print it?
