Allocate Loop

I downloaded this app a few months ago as my trust was planning on switching over to it in July. I was able to log on with no issues. Now that my trust no longer uses its previous system and it’s using LOOP permanently, I’ve found I can’t log in? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times but nothing makes a difference ?

It won’t let my log in anymore So what’s the point of having this if it doesn’t work

Downloaded this app as my colleagues use it and really rate it; unfortunately I am unable to log in. (Not my user details as I can log in via the website). Shame!

How can I keep up with my work schedule if the app keeps logging me out and not only that it won’t let me Log back in keep pressing the log in button nothing!! Tried changing password won’t even send email about forgotten password! this app is useless! 5 times it’s done this.

Really loved using this app when it first came out,Yes a couple of things needed tweaking and can connect with other staff members without giving any personal information,Then the app does not work now when I try and log in fro check my work schedule,Not sure what’s going on?but most definitely needs a update for sure or the severs are being over whelmed with how many staff are using it maybe?Hope it gets sorted soon?NO fun that I can’t request or see what I am working after my annual leave,Love to see the calendar start from Sunday to Sunday like on the old allocate with Sunday being our beginning of the week for us nurses,Also give us a couple more options in the app for leaving groups.

Logs you out all of the time. Can not connect to organisation EVER. All around rubbish app.

I deleted my loop account that is connected with my trust account and now i cant sync my new loop account to my trust account credentials as it has been used by the previous one that i deleted. Is this fixable?

The app is not reliable at all. I cannot log back in on occasion and also not see certain functions that were previously available such as annual leave or my duty rota. Hopeless!

I have not been able to use this app since I downloaded it. What a shame, it kept bringing up an error message whenever I want login.

I am giving 4star because my employer finally moved to an eroaster app. This was much awaited and essential move and I hope it works well. Still early days but seems like a little bit of issues with loading annual leave and other stuffs.
