To make a payment option on this app has not been working for over a week now, can not make any payments it needs fixing this app

I am unable to load the app therefore unable to pay my rent!! ????? It’s just spinning in the middle of the screen not loading!!!

I have tried on several occasions to pay my rent on this app and it never works.

This is so bad to use and really frustrating, please hire me as your designer and I will do a much better job, clearly whoever is there designing the user interface is incapable!!!

Useless App, can’t even call it an app really as it simply takes you to the web page which doesn’t work anyway. I sign in on my iPhone 12, enter payment amount and 3 digit code from my card…and nothing. There’s supposed to be a challenge from my bank for security but it never works. So the Mrs has to pay the rent using her laptop- not sure how we’d pay it otherwise.

I’ve always had a rough experience every month when trying to make a payment. I’ve tried at least 5 times today to try and make a payment with using my banking app to verify and a card reader and every time I get a message saying “ERROR OCCURRED. FAILED TO VERIFY PAYMENT CARD DETAILS. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CARD PROVIDER FOR PAYMENT STATUS”. There isn’t an issue with my card / bank and transactions for my card have been going through before and after I’ve tried to use the app to make a payment. This is getting out of hand. Apparently checking other reviews, this is an on going issue for months now and it seems they aren’t doing anything to fix it. Unacceptable

Not to be used with pre pay, to much control and nosey in your business

Had this app for years, use it weekly, or try too! Quite often it doesn’t work & once again it’s not letting me pay my rent for last few days. When it’s working it’s great, quick & easy. Shame that it so often doesn’t work. Please fix it 🤞🏼

I have been a loyal user of your app for numerous years, and while it has provided excellent service in the past, I am currently facing a persistent issue with the payment processing functionality. Whenever I attempt to make a payment, I encounter an error message stating, 'Failed to verify payment card details, please contact your card provider,' despite confirming that there are no issues with my card. This inconvenience forces me to repeatedly attempt the payment, sometimes up to 20 times, before it eventually succeeds. I would greatly appreciate it if your team could investigate and resolve this matter promptly, as it significantly impacts the user experience.

This app is far from user friendly requiring email and password on every single sign in. Furthermore it constantly shows errors and that payment has not been taken when it has been ring fenced in the account and always completes, without acknowledgement or receipt being issued. This error has occurred throughout 2023 and is STILL happening in 2024! Developers do better, an update/upgrade for this ineffective app is long overdue. We need an app that’s something user friendly and accurate!!
