Allsup’s Rewards

Every time i go to get on the app to scan the code or check how many smiles i have it never lets me log in, i constantly have to delete and re download the app and restart my phone and sometimes that doesn’t even work. Ive never had so many problems with an app in my life

Can’t register…

This app is trash! It only seems to let me login if I’m connected to Wi-Fi. Otherwise it says “other error return from server”. What good is a mobile app or a convenience store if I have to have Wi-Fi to be able to login and use the app. I can’t find stores near me using the app because I can’t login. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I’ve tried setting it up differently. Nothing seems to work. If they fix this problem with the app, I will change my rating!

The says other “error returned from server” i cannot log in to use my smiles and redeem my points.

Thanks for the application and the card! I love getting discounts for using your store. This will be helpful as I shop at your stores often.

We live 15 miles from the nearest Allsup’s, the foods is fresh . The people are happy ,laughing ,smiling . New to the App. I have received 10 cents off per gallon of gas. Discounts on beer, and Cigarettes with app. And I don’t smoke or drink! Lol

The login screen and registration button is too close to the buttons underneath and you can’t click on it. This may not be a problem with iPhones with regular font size but when you increase the font size for older people who can’t see as well you don’t have the ability to register. Please fix this and I’ll increase the stars.

The Allsups stores can’t scan your code on the app. I have no desire to punch in 16 numbers on a key pad. This needs fixing yes way.
