Love the Alo soft sport bra but next time if the item green bra is not in stock inform me the bra is not available not exchanging the item with green short :( otherwise I’m satisfied but little disappointed because I paid for something I didn’t want just kept the replaced item hopefully next time it’s not getting replaced

Really poor navigation on the app and I did not receive my 15% discount on my first purchase either. Still waiting for costumer service to reply. The men’s range is also very limited and over priced. The styles and fits are really poor. Overall a very disappointing shopping experience from the brand. I won’t be back.

Ordered items not delivered. Filed complaint no action. Since Nov 29 order did not process but charged amount to my card. Follow up several times until today no action or solution. Branded and expensive items but very poor customer service. Hoping I can still receive my order.

aura points were not working during offer

Im so disappointed, I ordered three items from the app and they promised to deliver the package in 2 days, however it took them 10 days to deliver the package. And when i received the package I received only two out of 3 items. Disappointing…. Highly not recommended to use Alo yoga app.

I used to order from US app , unfortunately Alo me it is not the same, different arrangement and less product and not have the newest items, very slow app quality and poor service.

I think alo yoga US would have been better off without this app, I want to deliver to my US address but can only access the MENA one, they barely have any good collections and the app is not user friendly.

This app is horrible! I don’t understand why it had to have a separate only for GCAA app first of all. Second I have to sign up again, loosing all my points and on top of that no matter what password I write NOTHING IS WORKING!
