Alphabear 2 is an original English word puzzle game by Spry Fox, and the sequel to our hit 2015 game!
In Alphabear 2, you spell words by selecting letters on a puzzle grid. When you use letters that are adjacent to each other, bears appear! The more letters you use, the bigger the bear gets, and the more points you earn. Spelling words cleverly is the key to success!
Collect Bears:
When you solve the puzzles, you'll earn new bears for your permanent collection. These bears can team up to help you in future games! They increase the points you earn, extend your timer, modify the game board, and more.
Bear humor:
Fans of the original Alphabear will appreciate the much-improved "bear speech" -- the words you spell will appear in funny cartoons like always, but the all-new templates come with a huge variety of backgrounds and amusing props.
Built-in dictionary:

Nice
Nice little game with a sense of humour. BUT, after you do a certain amount it becomes really grindy. Your bears are not high enough level to continue the story nor take part in all parts of the special events. So you may grind away for weeks doing much the same stuff to level up your bears. Even if you shell out £8.99 to level up some bears, still not enough to avoid doing more grinding. I’ve been stuck in the main story part for weeks while I level up my bears. Then it’s just more of the same.
Spry fox having fun as always
You don’t feel rushed when playing a spryfox game. They don’t let you do everything at once and instead you find more options come available as you progress. You can type in lots of word combinations to figure out what is really a word and not just your imagination and it even gives you a dictionary at the end to help you understand the crazy words you just made. The bears are full of weird character and their sense of humour is as strong as ever, even turning random words you made during the level into crazy sentences at the end of each challenge. Have fun playing and remember “Stop breaking the forth wall!”
Love it
I am a huge fan of this game and I play it everyday. As you advance in the game, things like each bear's level, mood and type become more important. It would be amazing if there was some way in the bottom left bear menu to sort or filter the bears you have achieved, eg sort by level from high to low, or filter to show only celebrity bears. Please SpryFox! 🙏🏼

Great game but..
Love the game but then you brought in the long ads, complete and definite uninstall.
Not for me
Needlessly complicated and very confusing when it doesn’t have to be. You cannot progress very far without having to spend money this is not a game it is a moneymaking venture and it doesn’t take into account the fact that users just want to play a fun game.
Great game but the ads are annoying
Its a great game, the storys entertaining and the graphic style is very cute. The only downturn is the ads after games.
Ruined by unrealistic ‘level-up’ expectations
I really liked this game, but it just got a bit ridiculous in the end. I shouldn’t be able to consistently complete 10 levels in a row comfortably, before suddenly reaching a level where I have to upgrade my bears for weeks with daily events to even come close to taking it on (and even then only with a booster). It just ruined it for me to keep hitting that kind of unrealistic blocker.
Very cute game but I wish I could buy it outright
I love this game and it doesn’t pressure you too much to buy things but I wish I could just unlock the whole game with a one time payment instead of just getting rid of the ads. It’s mad that I can’t just pay for unlimited play without a subscription. I shouldn’t have to wait to play a game if I’ve paid for it.
