In three easy steps you can design customized self-hypnosis recordings.

We offer audio and video relaxation techniques and over 100 scripts with positive affirmations within the app.
HOW IT WORKS
After you log in, you can choose “create your audio” and then follow three steps:
Step 1: Pick a relaxation technique from our library.
Step 2: Record affirmations in your own voice (from our library or design your own).
Step 3: Select relaxing background music or sounds from our library
You will receive your customized self-hypnosis session recording in your inbox.
Your affirmations are repeated at least ten times after the relaxation technique.
The length of the final audio program is about 20 minutes.
It is recommended that you listen to your audio with headphones daily for best results for at least about two weeks. Your audio can be edited at anytime and shared with family and friends.

Edit: Now the bugs are fixed! 😁
I promised you a revised review once the bugs are fixed. And now they are! 😁 This is a really great app to craft a modular trance file. It really seamlessly puts together the initial induction by Ms. Mosaner leading into your own recorded affirmations and put it against a relaxing audio backdrop. Everything fits together like a perfect puzzle to create a relaxing yet empowering trance experience. The only feature requests from a user perspective I would suggest would be the option to include fewer than 10 affirmations (I had to rack my brain to think of the last few!) as well as an option to do a computerized text-to-speech voice for those of us who feel awkward hearing our own recorded voices. But these are personal preferences that do not diminish the five-star quality of this app. Bravo! 👏

Got response from the developer and tried again. It seems to be fixed (though I haven’t tried out every possible part of the update yet). Otherwise the session-building steps are set up as they were before.
Great self-help app to relax, focus and deal with phobias or vices.
Self-hypnosis is not easy, but it has proven benefits. You can pay $100 a session with. hypnotherapist or much less for this app and learn how to use your own voice and mind to get control of your objective.

Loss weight, build confidence, sleep better, relieve pain and stress, enhance acting skills and public speaking, quit smoking and other bad habits. Highly recommended for those ready for change and a new life!!!! A new version is coming soon for professionals, create client sessions for your clients. Great app and use daily for desired results.
Audio stops randomly
Elman recording stops fifteen seconds in. I replayed, it stopped at ten seconds in. I replayed. It stopped at twenty seconds in.
Self hypnosis works
This app will help you hypnotize yourself. Follow the guidelines. You will have your own customized audio created uniquely for you.
Wonderful app once you set it up
This is not a log on and be transformed immediately with no work kind of app. If you want someone to do the work for you, check out any number of meditation apps available out there. What AlphaMind delivers is pretty sophisticated, IMO. You have to record yourself reciting the affirmations specific to your self-hypnosis focus, so there’s the “work” a previous reviewer mentions. The thing is, that task makes the process really stick and work. There are tons of studies that say confirm you’re more likely to remember/believe/connect with something if you SAY it rather than just listen. There’s power in the process laid out in AlphaMind. I’m excited to dive deeper into the work.
This app is a joke
Absolutely terrible app and a waste of my time (which requires a lot of) in order to make it “work”... save yourself the hassle of this user unfriendly app
