Won’t let me deposit checks

The app is terrible and isn’t very helpful for anything other than seeing your balances. The Zelle app says that Alta vista has Zelle within the app but it doesn’t.

The app is trash. App constantly wants to send me a text to verify I’m logging in. Zelle doesn’t work 90% of the time. The support chat function drops the conversation every single time I try it. Clearly a cut rate application.

Compared to other financial web portals, this is the one I least prefer. It works… it’s functional but like bill pay has a 1 day lag pay time where as others are same day pay as the “scheduled” send date. Frustrating sometimes if not planned ahead for that.

My first credit card. My first savings account. My first loans. I miss the old Norton with its first-name basis banking. But I like ve Alta Vista now too.

Zelle is not available. I wish I had known that before I opened the account. Driving from one bank to withdraw then driving to another to deposit is ridiculous!

Tone of my favorite Not satisfied with new app, my favorite thing about the old app was that I could hide my savings account and here I can’t. I called Alta vista like a week ago about this and a representative said they would call me back about it and they never did.

I’m LOVING this new app! I was previously using the old Alta Vista app, Mint, and Every Dollar to keep track of my net worth, budgeting, transactions, and credit score, but now everything is in one place, and works together so so so much better. I can’t wait to spend more time using it, but I’m so impressed with how much bang there is for one app.

The old app lets me see my amount one day before it hit my account. This app doesn’t. I don’t like this one.
