Can’t connect
It keeps telling me to “onboard my router”, and then when I attempt to it says to “scan the barcode” and when I do it tells me to “scan the qr code in my manual” and when I do it opens up the support page on the website, with no further info. When I manually enter my codes, it says “can’t connect at this time”. I’ve been with Altima for less than a month and so far I’m not that impressed.
