Latest compatible version not actually compatible

I don’t update iOS often. Most apps have compatible versions. This apps “compatible” version is actually not compatible.

Keep me logged in

Your site never remembers me I have to log in every time I visit why have the remember option of it is not working?

Poor app platform

Tickets wont show up or refresh. All season it would show old tickets and you would have to scroll through. Now with the playoffs in full swing my playoff tickets will not show up. Season ticket holder ticket experience has gone downhill since switching from flash seats to ticketmaster.

Horribly Glitchy

Hasn’t updated my tickets since February 2nd, it’s now March 13th. The App is useless I always just go into my KSE via web or Ticketmaster account via their app to access my tickets. This app is legit useless.

Can’t access my tickets

After using the app for the past year, it just all of sudden no longer shows my tickets. I can’t see them or transfer them any more. I called KSE and they say it’s a Ticketmaster issue, I called Ticketmaster and they say it is an issue with KSE.

Tickets don’t show for 23-24 season

After required update, doesn’t show this years tickets. Only loads 2 tickets from the last year’s playoffs.

Please fix this app

Tickets have not refreshed in 3 weeks

New update is worse than previous version

Latest update has lots of issues.

A big zero for this app.

Won’t load the tickets into wallet. Seems incompatible with wallet. I’ve had multiple iPhones with different iOs’s and this awful app works the same across all platforms. Meaning it don’t work. I’ve been stuck at the gates multiple times because the app won’t load my tickets into my wallet.

Can not access my tickets

The app kicks me out and when I try to register using my ticket master account it get a blank page on my I-phone.
